Mission & Objectives:
Founded in 2008, the Ontario Special Constable Association (OSCA) was created to be a medium through which Special Constables may share information, impart knowledge and build on the honour of their profession.
The Ontario Special Constable Association’s vision is to build on progressive and innovative leadership and through that strengthen our professional standing in our role in the Law Enforcement community.
The Ontario Special Constable Association shall promote the mutual interests of Ontario's Special Constables, uphold the honour of our profession and strive to elevate the standards for Special Constables. We will strive through progressive and effective leadership; to encourage cooperation and unity within our membership.
Provide a means of expression of not only concerns but positive ideas that will help create solutions that will strengthen our professional standing within the Ontario Law Enforcement community.With membership comprised of Special Constables employed by services such a Police, Transit, Universities, Public Housing and others this will be a challenge but one we feel must be met in order to create and maintain a proud profession.

role of Special Constables.
The Ontario Special Constable Association shall promote the mutual
interests of Ontario's Special Constables to uphold the honour of their
profession and elevate the standards of Special Constable Services.

To provide progressive and effective input and representation on Provincial Legislation. To encourage cooperation and unity of agencies and Special Constables (Peace Officers) within our membership.
